• Account data such as your email address, authentication identifiers and active session records.
• Project URLs, audit measurements, crawl findings, monitoring settings and in-app alerts.
• Content briefs, generated drafts, edits and allowance records.
• Subscription identifiers, status, billing term and plan allowance received from Polar. SearchOrbit AI does not store full payment-card details.
• Security and usage records required to enforce limits, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Audit limiter identities are salted hashes rather than raw IP addresses.

SearchOrbit AI retrieves public HTTP responses for URLs you submit. It measures technical signals and drops response bodies after analysis; raw HTML, robots.txt, sitemap XML and PageSpeed payloads are not stored in the product database.

We process data to provide the service you request, secure accounts, enforce published allowances, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, communicate essential account information and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

SearchOrbit AI uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting and operational analytics, Polar for checkout and subscription management, AI model providers configured for zero-data-retention routing for content generation and AI Visibility, and Google PageSpeed Insights when you run that tool. Each provider processes only the data required for its role.

Account projects, reports and content remain until you delete them or the account. Short-lived cache, session, quota and security records expire or are pruned according to the service logic. Account deletion removes user-owned database records through referential cascades; providers may retain limited records where law, fraud prevention or financial reporting requires it.

You can review and delete individual projects, audits, crawls and generated drafts in the dashboard. You can request complete account deletion from Account settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, subject to applicable law.

SearchOrbit AI uses row-level database isolation, server-only secrets, signed billing webhooks and hardened URL fetching. No internet service can promise absolute security. Our providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and contractual terms.

Material policy changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies to later use.
