Terms of service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of SearchOrbit AI, operated by the legal operator identified here before paid launch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account. The visible User selection controls the account allowance configured by the purchased plan. You may not resell, transfer or use access to evade service limits.
Acceptable use
- Submit only public websites you are authorised to assess and do not use SearchOrbit AI to probe private, restricted or third-party systems abusively.
- Do not bypass rate limits, session limits, access controls or network protections.
- Do not use generated content for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity.
- Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer private interfaces or overload connected providers.
Generated content
Generated drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to existing material. You must fact-check, edit and obtain any necessary rights before publishing. SearchOrbit AI does not automatically publish drafts and does not guarantee originality, rankings, traffic or commercial results.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid access is sold for the term and User selection shown at checkout. Polar processes payment and manages the billing portal. A cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves access available through the paid period. Plan features may be suspended for failed or reversed payments.
Service changes
We may improve, limit or discontinue parts of the service, especially to protect security, provider capacity or legal compliance. Planned or coming-soon features are not part of a paid promise until released.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the materials you submit and in your generated drafts to the extent permitted by law and provider terms. SearchOrbit AI and its software, branding and original interface remain the property of the operator and licensors.
Disclaimers and liability
SearchOrbit AI provides technical measurements and drafting assistance, not legal, financial or guaranteed SEO advice. The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost rankings, traffic, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and law
We may suspend or close an account that materially violates these terms or threatens the service. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's disclosed country once launch details are configured, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
