Public tools provide the checks and allowances shown on their pages. Saving projects and using advanced features can require an account or an eligible plan. Review Pricing and your workspace for current access.
Does SearchOrbit AI guarantee higher rankings?
No. The platform provides technical measurements, AI visibility evidence and drafting assistance. Search engines and AI providers decide which pages and brands they show.
Are live AI results the same as model API answers?
No. Live-web checks observe a consumer-facing interface for a specific prompt and market. API-model analysis sends a prompt directly to a model. Search behaviour, personalisation and model routing can differ, so these measurements are presented separately.
Why is an engine missing or unavailable?
The provider may not support that engine or market, or a request may have failed. Google may return search results without an AI Overview. Unavailable evidence must not be interpreted as a zero visibility score.
Does the writer publish directly to my website?
No. Generated articles are private drafts for review, editing and export. You control publication through your own website or CMS.
Can I close the page while a job runs?
Background jobs continue independently of the browser. Return to the same project or generation history to inspect progress and completed results.
Why does my plan differ from my role?
Your role controls permissions. Your plan controls product access and allowances. An administrator can grant an eligible plan manually, which does not create a payment or invoice.
Do you offer a public developer API?
This documentation covers the SearchOrbit AI web application. Internal application routes are not a supported public API. Contact support about integration requirements.
