Run an AI visibility scan

Set up your target

1. Open AI Visibility and select your website.
2. Confirm the brand name, domain, target market and language.
3. Review tracked prompts and competitors. Suggested prompts can help you get started.
4. Start a scan and follow its progress in the workspace.
5. Inspect completed answers, mentions and sources before acting on a summary score.

Live-web verification

Live-web checks capture responses from supported consumer-facing search and AI interfaces. They run in the background and may finish at different times. Availability varies by engine and market.

Cloro powers the live-web integration. Claude is not included in that provider's live coverage. API-model analysis remains a separate measurement with a different methodology.

Inspect the evidence

Open individual answers to read the context of a brand mention and follow cited sources. A mention and a citation measure different things: an answer may name your brand without linking to your domain.

Manage saved answers

Open Mentions to review live checks. Each completed check has a delete control for removing that check and its saved answers. Use the Data controls tab to clear all saved model and live answers while keeping your prompts and brand settings, or to reset the entire AI Visibility setup for this website.

Clearing answers pauses scheduled AI Visibility scans. A full reset also removes prompts, competitors and saved market research. Your website project and SEO crawls remain available. Deleting results does not restore scan allowance already spent.
