Manage your profile

Open Account settings to update your profile, company, website and reporting timezone. The workspace section shows your current plan and access period.

Understand roles

Subscribers use the tools included in their plan. Editors have restricted administrative permissions. Administrators and owners can access management functions according to their assigned permissions.

A role and a plan are separate. An administrator can grant plan access without recording a payment. Manual access is not a paid invoice and does not create a billing subscription.

Sign-in and recovery

Use the password reset option to request a fresh recovery link. Open the newest link because older links can expire or become invalid. If you use Google sign-in, select the Google option associated with your account.
