Prompts and competitors
Build a useful question set for the decisions your customers make.
Review suggested questions
Suggested prompts are generated research ideas, not measured search-volume data. Review them for relevance to your actual product, audience and market before tracking them.
The number of suggestions and the number of prompts included in a run are different limits. Your current plan and enabled prompt set determine what gets measured.
Balance your prompt set
Include discovery questions, category comparisons and purchase considerations. Keep branded questions separate in your interpretation: asking directly about your brand naturally makes a mention more likely.
Example: compare 'Which project management tools suit a small agency?' with 'What does Acme offer small agencies?' The first measures unaided discovery; the second is an aided brand question.
Choose competitors
Add competitors that serve the same audience and need. Use accurate names and domains, then inspect answer evidence when a name is ambiguous. Broad competitor lists can make a report harder to interpret.
