What your workspace stores

Your account contains saved projects, reports, visibility evidence and generated drafts. These records support history, comparisons and continued work across sessions. Read the privacy policy for the applicable processing details.

AI and external providers

Running an AI feature sends the required prompt and context to its configured provider. Live visibility requests include the research question and target market. Only submit information you are authorised to process.

Delete an account

Open Account settings and review Data and account deletion. Follow the verification flow shown there. Deletion removes associated workspace data and cannot be treated as an archive.

Active paid access may need to be cancelled and finish before deletion is available. Export anything you need before completing a deletion request.
